This was the most fun expedition of the lot. I was fishing a stream that was new to me high in the Uintas. Although it wasn't packed full of trout the water just looked fishy. With lots of little S curves and waist deep drops there were plenty of places to fish.
The cutties had a tan camo look to them which is unique.
Even these little guys love a killer bug.
I landed the biggest trout of the bunch tailing just below a root ball.
Word of warning: the gravel is deep in some spots and very unstable. I took a dunk when the edge of a deep pool avalanched sending me bass ackwards into the icy mountain water.
